Perfect for family trip to Harry Potter Studios
Excellent location for our visit to Warner bros. Studios (making of Harry potter) Close to train station and also shuttle bus to and from studios. Room lovely and clean (mattress bit hard for me and sofa bed for 2 teens not perfect, but done for one night) Staff very helpful, managed to get early check in which was great as we had had a busy morning and gave us a bit more time before we had to leave for studio Tour. (We booked 4.30pm tour) Breakfast was excellent and set us up for our 2nd day in London.
Mattress bit hard for my liking (and we have a king-size at home) and double pull out sofa bed wasn't great for 2 teenage girls.

I found all staff very friendly, everywhere was very clean and fresh. Our family room was perfect for us. The bathroom was great and shower was amazing. All Dove products in bathroom which were a lovely touch. Very quiet and breakfast was ok. Nice selection of food. The staff cleaning up after breakfast were lovely and friendly also.
We arrived 30 mins before check in time and had to leave our bags as room wasnt ready. Sausages weren't great at breakfast....this is me just being picky though. I think breakfast should finish a bit later as the times are 6.30-9.30.

I was shown on booking website that is $220 but I paid 245 pounds
WiFi did not work all through my stay and the heat is okay, had to go to my friends house to use wifi.

From the check-in, rooms ,staff and location everything was perfect Ideal location for a Harry Potter visit and trip into London
If I could find fault in something it would be the hot breakfast wasn't great But continental was perfect
