This Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Columbus Airport received positive reviews for its convenient location, good value, and helpful staff. Excellent. But I am wondering about my incidentals refund. When can I expect this to take place?

Everything exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly pleased given the accommodations I have previously stayed in closer to my destination.

Nothing. Everything was great! Staff were pleasant and helpful, as well as accommodating of my needs.

A good just out of the city/ nearby airport option

The blackout curtains in these rooms are fantastic. Breakfast was the standard average but it was good for our stay Weird shared parking lot but close to freeway and Dunkin donuts .

Great hotel!

Loved all the renovations from the last time I was down! The rooms look amazing and smell so fresh and clean!

My key card decided to deactivate for some reason on my way back up from grabbing breakfast. I had to go back down to the front desk and get a new card.

Tucked away, quiet, offered breakfast, had a pool, clean and great rooms and comfy beds.

Superb

Breakfast was good -- did not like turkey sausage. Staff did nice job of keeping food warm and items stocked.

NO items in the vending machine ALL week. $4 candy bars in your mart -- seriously ????

This provided a comfortable but not preferred stay.

The location was in a nice area, but awkward.

The room itself just needed basic upgrades such as pairing and fixing cracks. The largest issue for us was the stained bed sheets.

I will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Columbus.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I love it. Not only is it clean, quiet and the staff is super friendly, it is close to the airport which makes it very convenient for late night arrivals or early morning departures. The breakfast is delicious as well.
