Vales vacation

Place a step up to get in the jacuzzi and place a Matt by it,and make sure the water runs in fast and hot water, not cold The pillow was not comfortable. Please use firm pillows

The Clinton location was not worth the amount of money to stay for one night. I probably won't be

The room didnt reek like smoke which was excellent. The place was cleaned in a rush.

The couch had bleach stains and the room wasn't as clean as I liked. The room key didnt work so I had to take the elevator which ran very slowly. At the front desk the I was told that my key didn't work was because I held it next to my phone. I explained that I have never had a problem before. The clerk was rude and went back to the elevator to wait for 2 minutes for it to open. It was on a weekday and the parking lot was almost empty. I got back to the door n the card lock was broken.

Good value, good location, front desk very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was average. There may have been more of a selection but we ate after a college mens soccer team had eaten. Lady working the dining room on Sunday was awesome. Did enjoy the fresh baked cinnamon rolls.

Someone was smoking pot on our floor on Saturday night.the smell was very evident. I know you have a no smoking policy but evidently someone violated that policy.

I feel like I have a discrimination lawsuit because the pool was closed when o checked in and asked what time does the p

Location with inside pool.

The staff which was a lady closed the pool at 5:00p.m. And when was headed out to go somewhere a man and his daughter found out it was closed they asked why and she took the pool closed sign off the door and as we was getters in our car she came out and said pool not open for you you cant get in pool. I explained that we wasnt the people asked about the pool it was someone else and that we were getting ready to leave then she threatened to call the police asking whats our room number. She went inside we came backed and never seen her again until check out time as the elevator stopped and opened but she didnt come on with us.

Good

The breakfast was nice. Everything was served warm and was tasty. We appreciated a freshly made bed and new towels every day which is no longer expected at many hotels. The staff was helpful.

The front desk worker when we first checked in was rather rude. It seemed like we were an inconvenience to her day. The elevator was also rather slow and there was only one. But, it was a busy weekend when we stayed.
