Exceptional

It was a stress free, comfortable stop for us while moving across the country with our dogs.

It was clean. The breakfast was good.

The ice maker and drink machine on our floor did not work.

The room key card was not working it was difficult opening the door. Also the door lock was difficult to manipulate from inside I literally had to lift the door and turn the lock

Fixer Upper

The staff were awesome. Lawrence was extremely helpful and polite.

The property could definitely use a make over! It needs some updates and repairs, that being said it was clean.

Elevator was broken, room door was broken, bathroom was moldy and dirty. Staff was rude .

Overall good, staff at check in was adequate, overbite staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean.

Great breakfast!

Despite being a dog friendly hotel, they didnt have a designated dog area to walk the pup.

Wonderful

There was a young kid at front desk, wish I got his name. Was very respectful and made checking in a delight. The cleaning staff, very friendly!

My only complaint is that the bathroom sick water was not at full capacity, it barely gave water.

Awful

When I went to check in my room. I couldn't get in the door I actually had the door. It took me about 15 minutes to open the door the drawers in thebrown constantly came open. They wouldn't stay Shut. The room was dirty, the carpet Smelled Period when I talk to the people at the front desk. They told me the rooms were being renovated.. why would they put .me in a room that was being rentivated. That does not make sense. Requesting. Full refund please.
