I love the area and the hotel was worth the price.

The room was fairly clean. It could have been a little cleaner on the floors. The breakfast was pretty good. The only meat they had was sausage not bacon.

The reception staff turned our vacation into a never-come-back experience.

Insulting staff at the reception. How is it possible to hire them and keep working there? It would be best if you banned them from any job that requires interaction with customers. What a shame for such a well-known hotel chain.

Great location but the hotel was not sound proofed at all.

Location was great.

The walls were thin and door did not seal. It sounded like our neighbors were in our room. Luckily they went to bed early. The breakfast was until 10 am but if you got there after 9 am they were out of most of the hot foods. On day 3 the manager came out and put out more food. Other than the comforter beds I felt like I was staying at a quality inn not a holiday inn express.

It was fine for a one night stay, would not be happy if it was longer than that.

It offered hot breakfast

The night front desk lady wasnt very nice and after having driven 8 hours with my family, I expected a little more. The bathroom had noticeable mold from the ceiling. The lobby was not clean and was a turn off.

When checking out there wasn't anyone at front desk. Waited and even looked for someone finally just left room keys by computer.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here for several years and will continue to stay in the years to come. The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach. There are many restaurants and areas to shop all in walking distance.

The room was big and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious and hot. The staff was great and made us feel welcome. The housekeeper was really friendly and greeted us with a smile. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for that price this time of the year.

The knocking and bumping. Early in the morning, we were awake by the people outside moving equipment to paint. When we got ready to leave, they were putting plastic on my vehicle. Because they were about to paint. The machine was parked next to it.
