Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived before the check in time and were prepared to wait. But they let us check in, no questions asked. For me it's a grand gesture and I appreciated it very much. Breakfast was excellent, I enjoyed it very much. And I love the coffee machine!

The bed was slightly narrower than I expected.

Okay, but needs more travel information about the buses and timetables

Bed was okay, room was okay

There was no information on how to operate the heater. There was no satellite station although this is advertised. I noticed next day the large satellite dish was disconnected. The breakfast fruit compote was too wet and sweet. I would have preferred a fresh fruit salad, not the tinned variety. Scrambled egg was too runny and bacon felt as if it had been lying around for some time....
