One reviewer enjoyed their business trip stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Colorado Springs South I-25. They found the front desk staff knowledgeable and pleasant, and their room was clean, (Read More)well-designed, and had all the amenities they needed. They particularly enjoyed the hot breakfast and the East-facing patio. Another reviewer mentioned that the room was very clean, but they were disappointed with the breakfast and the night staff's lack of personality. However, they did have a positive experience with the morning manager.

Management sucks. When someone tells to cancel their room more then a month prior to coming. You should be open to that and answer the emails back from customer and booking

Good location and finishes, but the noise from other units is too much.
Staff was nice. Proximity to restaurants. Plenty of parking.
Noise from room above was terrible. Even after asking the front desk to have the guests stop making very loud noises after 11pm the noise continued. Did not sleep well at all.

Great stay, good location. Easy to get to fabulous view for 4th of July fireworks!!
Great proximity to activities and vacation spots. The hotel was connected to the same parking lot as Walmart, but at the same time it was convenient.
Pool was closed part of the time, but did open back up. There was not someone always present at the front desk. And you have to ask to get your room cleaned each day.
