My partner and I needed a place to spend the night after our nearby apartment spouted a gas leak. We've stayed before, and had a great experience then, but it was really well needed after the events of the day. Staff was very friendly, and genuine. Rooms were very, very clean. Had a great sleep.

The staff was nice and approachable, the hotel and rooms are very clean and the breakfast bar was not ur typical breakfast it was really good we will definetly stay here again. Thanks to your house keepers who cleaned our room. And they did receive a 20.00 Tim thanks Ann arbour

Superb

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. The breakfast had lots of choices and the staff who served breakfast were extremely friendly.

The front desk service was less than welcoming upon checking in. A young man welcomed me and told me to come to his desk to check me in. Soon after, a client who he seemed to recognize came in behind me. He asked me if I was a rewards member snd when I said I wasn't, he looked less friendly and told me I had to check in at the other desk. The young lady there took my name and couldn't find my reservation. She then seemed to go out of her way to insist that I was at the wrong hotel, even though I assured her I was booked and paid weeks before. I kept telling her details about the reservation and she seemed sure that I was not at the right place. She then suddenly found my reservation "in a different place". Then I was given a room on the first floor right next to the side entrance where car headlights shine into my room. I normally would have asked for a different room, but I just wanted to get checked in at that point. (It was early, so there would have been lots of rooms still available). After that, everything went fine and the rest of the staff were polite.
