I like their pool, kids room, and the reception when a guest arrives. Very beautiful Lobby and Restaurant

I don't like their Minibar system,especially when you have a child who touches things and bring them back, you end up paying for things you never even used. You actually loose track of what you consumed and what you did not

Overall a Great hotel to stay at during a visit

Breakfast was great, I think another Coffee machine is needed on the upoer floor level.

I think the live show should have been live stream in cloud 9

Convenient location in a hotel that felt very much like a mass hotel. Overall ok

Location was conveniently close to metro / tram station also within 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre - through a nice road. Baggage / doorman was extremely nice and helpful.

Hardly any Christmas atmosphere in the hotel lobby - very limited decorations in a very big lobby. Staff were polite and friendly but concierge could have made more effort in explaining what xmas activities were available and in trying to find tickets (rather than just telling us that there was no chance of getting any tickets on the day for certain events while we found plenty when we checked online).

Good in general but not really 5 stars

Great Location. The lobby is very beautiful. Excellent breakfast. Good indoor pool.

The room and room service are definitely not 5 stars. The room service took the used towels and didn't replace them. The 2nd day they didn't show up. The room was a bit noisy at night. Something like a water leak somewhere behind the wall.

Not really state of the art..like 30 years old hotel and definitely not worth value for money

Personal behaves like in 1 star hotel. They dont provide almost no relevant information at the checkin. Parking is like 30/day. Pool is extremely small considering the size of the hotel and saunas are small and splited for male and female. Main restaurant is a disaster..offer and the personal. This hotel should have more then 3 stars

Very unlikely to stay at a Hilton again

The staff were not helpful. I requested a Christmas dinner booking ahead if time and was told to eat out and that the hotel was fully booked for dinner. We enquired at the Bistro itself on the day and there was an opportunity to book at the Bistro. Completely the wrong info. No idea where the Christmas dinner actually was that was fully booked. No Christmas atmosphere. Check in lady was unfriendly and not welcoming. Almost like she was doing us a favour. We arrived around 9:30 and knew we were early. We noted our arrival al time on the booking . Told us room was ready but that there at an early booking fee. Thats it, not how much it was or would you like to go ahead. Very cold, attitude was you are early, so you should know there is a fee. Nothing was advertised at the booking stage about an early check in fee. This should be better advertised. Never experienced an early check in fee before. I was shocked at her attitude and just said No its ok. Because we did not take it we were told to come back 15:00. The least reception could do was in a friendly manner say there is an early booking fee of x and allow the guest to decide. Breakfast was stressful. Staff running into you trying to refill . Staff making eggs impatient and acted fed up with you when you spoke English. This is a global chain so please prepare staff for English speaking guests. It is a universal language. There was nothing but pork. Please try and cater chicken or lamb as again this global chain and should cater for all types of guests. There were small chicken sausages the one day but I did not trust that they were actually chicken. No taste, bland. This is a Hilton and we have stayed in many a Hilton before. This is not the standard we are used to.
