Breakfast was cold, overcooked to where I couldnt eat it. No wash cloths and was not aware that you had to pay for parking until I checked in I couldnt cancel or I would be charged; definitely wouldnt had selected that location if I knew I had to pay for parking.

Very good

Loved being able to check in and out on the app! The room was nice and bright, the bathroom mirror was well lit. The bed was very comfy. Very quiet room with a nice view.

The carpet in the room was dirty with brown stains. The fold out couch was not cleaned after a previous guest, there were Cheerios that fell to the floor when it was opened up. The TV stand in the suite had glue on the top where it appears something was removed, but the glue was not.

Fun but not worth the money.

I love the pool. It was scary though because the light was like out of the pool. Very weird

I didnt like that parking cost. When I booked it on booking.com It did not say that would be an expense. Another thing. No breakfast, that was weird. I would never come back for those two reasons

We have recommended this hotel to friends, and we will be back again in feb!

The view of plaza Christmas lights was amazing!! The rm was perfect, vary spacious and comfortable. The bar was fun, the food was delish! It snowed the evening we were there, so getting out was not a safe option, so we just hung out at the bar, and enjoyed the drinks.

A friendly, comfortable stay in a prime location right on the plaza in Kansas City!

All the staff members I encountered were really friendly. The renovations to the hotel were nice, and my room was really comfortable and felt updated.

i had some issues with the heater in my room; it got stuck and got extremely hot! but was managed quickly.
