Excellent staff but very uncomfortable bed

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

The matress was very uncomfortable and the room was small with no bathtub. Food in the restaurant was poor quality.

Very cozy room, quiet and soundproof, big comfortable bed and fine pillow (on which you can really sleep), spatious bathroom with everything you need (e.g. hair conditioner); super friendly and helpful staff, small christmas gift by check in and check out.

Rather poor breakfast not corresponding to the quality of other services, especially not enough vegetables and fruits.

average hotel, perfect for 1-2 nighhts

Friendly and kind staff. The breakfast was good there was a wide selection of food. Easy and free parking on the street, next to the hotel.

Our room smelled of cigarettes. You could feel it on the bed linen and the towel. Given that we asked for a family room, this came as a rather unpleasant surprise for us with small children. We spent here only one night so didn't ask another room.

There was no water in the room available. Having arrived to my hotel at 1am from my flight I expected a bottle of water to be available in my room. It was disappointing there wasnt. Also there was no shower cap. The Hilton is a 4 star hotel and the two basic things I expected are normally provided even in 3 Star lower rate hotels.
