Small Things a Problem

Location was perfect for our stay. Staff was very good. Room was nice & clean.

Some maintenance issues exist. 1st room: key card failed to open lock. Toilet backed up on first use. Refrigerator unplugged, setting out from wall. Second room: night light in bath inoperable. Roller shade on window torn. TV remote required new batteries. Tub stopper was broken.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. But I wouldnt stay here again since I booked because it had a pool

Friendly and courteous staff

Couldnt use the pool because they had so much chlorine in it that when you opened the door to go in to the indoor pool, you were hit by the smell and your eyes immediately started watering. Fitness center smelled like a locker room.

It was fine but not what we wanted. It was the 3rd party site that misled us

No spa. It was advertised on the booking site and that is the only reason we rented the room. We were very disappointed by this but the stay was fine. The main website does not show the spa so it was not the hotel's fault. We would have booked elsewhere if known.

Worth every penny, very comfortable stay.

These beds were so comfortable! We had no issues falling asleep at all and the curtains kept all the light out for naps or sleeping in. The coffee in the morning was very good, the staff was helpful, and the hotel was beautiful.

The area has quite a few iffy gas stations, etc. When at the hotel we stayed in the hotel or on the property. It isn't an area for morning walks and what not. The coffee maker gave us a few issues, but at least it worked!
