I love the Hiltons garden hotels. Very comfortable bed. Food in morning also
Valet for guests not explained very well. Parked for 40 dollars a night when I did not have to. My bad for not asking

It was a quick walk to Burton Street and trolly carts
We reserved a king size bed/room. When we got there we were informed that they didn't have any king size rooms left and gave us a room with 2 queen beds. It was only me and my husband so we had no need for the extra bed. I asked if we would be reimbursed the difference for the inconvenience the staff said yes but we never were. We also asked the next day if we would be able to move to a king size room and they never responded back to us.

We loved that parking was available at the hotel, staff was great and the pool area/ view was beautiful.
The rooms did not seem updated. Bed was leaning on the headboard side, no updated charging ports, our tub didnt drain good and toilet would run constantly.

exhaust fan didn't work, upper outlet didn't work in bathroom, work table was dirty, light fixture wasn't covered and dusty, furniture looked a little beat up and extra lock on door was broken
