The reviewer noticed the hotel while grocery shopping and decided to stay due to its convenient location. They were pleased with the cleanliness and the fact that the hotel allowed dogs, offering a d (Read More)esignated area for them and providing doggy bags. Although there was a slight issue with check-in, the staff was helpful in finding a solution. The only complaint was a squeaky bed and possibly clogged shower drainage, but the reviewer forgot to mention it. They were also able to request a late check-out without any additional payment.

It was very close to the hospital- I was scheduled for surgery at 5am the next morning & room was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of shopping and restaurants

Very nice staff and great comfortability.
The location, the layout of the rooms and the amenities.
The property could have been a little more clean, the food could have been more accommodating and the prices for food and drinks are very high.

Main staff behind the counter was dressed in a shabby t-shirt and jeans Didnt know how to key our room cards and we had to make two trips down the elevator to get the key problem solved. When she tried to call her manager she couldnt get through to anyone. Had to wait for about 10 mins before we finally got into our room. Two of the floors smelled like pot.

Every thing clean and nice great people. Food was amazing also the staff is very friendly also amazing place, to stay I cant wait to be there again. Thank you all.

I booked the room for $190 and was charged $340 for a one night stay. I was not notified of the increase until I checked into the hotel

Very convenient
Rooms were wonderful with exception to a toilet holder that fell off the wall.
The breakfast had a pretty good variety of foods but unfortunately weren't kept hot.
