I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Albuquerque Downtown.

I did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast; however, I enjoyed a plate of barbecue wings, and they were delicious. On another note, I enjoyed the experience overall. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. Whatever I needed, one of the staff members made sure my request was honored. Also, checkout was at 11:00 a.m. when I asked if it was possible to checkout at noon, my request was honored. My flight was scheduled for late afternoon; however, I was allowed to check out at noon, and once I checked out, I was allowed to stay at the hotel until it was time for me to leave for the airport.

I would have preferred if water was provided daily instead of asking for bottled water.

Not worth it if youre on vacation.

It was clean, and close to the train station.

Not enough pillows, no warm blankets, only half a box of tissues, had to sign up for a club just to get interview and watch anything decent on TV, it was just a rip off. We had stayed in Santa Fe a few days before for LESS and had way more comforts, amenities and comfort. Plus you should tell people if theyre walking from the train station that they have to walk through a homeless tunnel. Will NOT stay here again.

I didnt stay

I made and received confirmation for this hotel when I arrived at the hotel the lady that was working informed that I had no reservations at all, she was not friendly but rude she was more interested with hanging out in the lobby hugging and kissing her boyfriend very unprofessional she didnt try to accommodate me with my reservation and stated I had no reservation for me and the customer service from booking tried to contact her and I could see her through the window sitting in the lobby with her Boyfriend kissing and hugging, as I on the phone e with booking all she needed was to answer the phone to let them know there was no rooms available so I can get another room. Very rude and unprofessional lady.

We did not like the misinformation about the airport shuttle. Does not exist.

Location was good, but the neighbourhood was dirty with lots of homeless people sleeping on the streets.

We booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. The night before we were told to come down and book the shuttle in the morning that we needed it. When we went down we were told by another staff member that there was no shuttle that morning. It was hard to know if a taxi would come and get us after ringing as the man in the desk kept leaving the desk and giving us little information, causing us stress.

Theyre pet policy isnt true, pets are everywhere

The beds are very comfortable.

Im VERY allergic to cats and dogs and the only reason I booked this room was because in the hotel policies described in the app they affirm that pets arent allowed. After being in my room I started suffering an allergic reaction (thankfully I always carry my meds) and my husband saw two dogs and a cat. I understand that people want to travel with their animals but the policies should be accurate, my stay was a nightmare thanks to this.
