Very poor

Very bad experience

Breakfast and location was good!

We had noise issues because of another customer and could not sleep between 1 - 4 AM with a baby for 2 nights. We wanted to leave earlier and nobody asked if we wanted to change our room! They did not refund the breakfast and the cost of the dog for the last day. I would never stay there again!

Good memories.

Pressure in shower was amazing Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.

Price of breakfast 35 p/p I think thats way too much. Bit disappointed with steam room and jacuzzi. I was travelling with 16 y/o son and I couldnt take him to any of those places because place where was jacuzzi was only for nudists and sauna or steam room were separate for woman & separate for man which I understand but still we were bit disappointed.

Weve gotten the view at the wall and construction site on the New Years night I consider it inhuman to do something like that for this amount of money

night club under our windows, we couldnt sleep normally. the conditioning was broken, we didnt get the cleaning 1 day, also I didnt find the sponge, cotton buds and etc. the food was average, though the stuff was perfect. it is a nice place, but I will not choose it next time

Overall was acceptable.

Location is good & gym was good too

Lounge was bad, no food supply thru the day except 6-8pm and breakfast was lousy. The cocktail reception at the lobby bar was so bad, no food & no selection of drinks except Gin. Unlike Hilton KL or other Hilton like Japan etc

Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, very good accommodation, although one can see it's aging and needs renewal. Good location, close to city centre.

Very nice lobby space and clean rooms. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great.

In my limited stay I didn't find anything I didn't like.

Nice location

Good location

The barman sneezed in this hands and didn't wash his hands. COVID is still around and this was not pleasant to witness at all. Didn't even put hand gel on, yuk!
