The Hilton Aberdeen TECA offers pleasant surprises with standard rooms, efficient service, and a great gym but lacks mobile signal upstairs. The hotel is superb with spacious clean rooms and outstand (Read More)ing staff, but limited hours for executive lounge and pool access. The restaurant service was quick but lacked finesse. The room was acceptable with good amenities, quiet surroundings, and fast WiFi. Breakfast was decent but could improve with a wider egg selection and menu.

Very good

Relaxing just a shame about the food.

The hotel is spotless , rooms are gorgeous. The pool and spa are amazing very very clean.

The food. Food was awful. The dinner was bland and cold and the breakfast to the room wasn't warm the coffee wasn't made properly really poor.

Definitely wouldnt recommend

The swimming pool

Massage was terrible, it was cut short too and I booked Back, neck & shoulder but yet she didnt touch my neck! There were filthy cups everywhere in the spa relax room and empty jug of water. Therapist didnt even offer me water after my treatment. Had to walk in bare feet from room and in spa as No bathrobes or slippers given in a spa?? Very noisy corridor especially during the night and no water in our room and hadnt been cleaned properly as hair clips all over the floor Staff are all quiet miserable and not friendly at all Spa receptionist was particularly frosty

Superb

A lovely hotel. Would return.

The location is perfect, the food is exceptional, the parking is easy to find, the staff are lovely, the hotel is stunning and the swimming pool and facilities were spotless.

Mouldy shower tray on the sealant, was sent one menu for the restaurant and it was the wrong one (we had people in our group with significant dietary requirements on medical grounds so when the menu was different it caused issues).

It served it's purpose

Room was large and comfortable Shower was nice Heating, dried out our wet clothes

Expensive for what it is and no breakfast included, but when you are stranded due to weather you have no choice.

Superb

A wonderful hotel with professional staff.

A very clean, modern and tastefully decorated hotel. The facilities are very good and the staff are helpful (a particular mention should be made of Ricardo on the front desk). The breakfast was of a very high standard, with many options for cooked and continental breakfasts, not to mention choices for juices and cofees. We had a meal in the restaurant at night which was good, but we thought was a bit pricey.

We had to move room due to an issue with water ingress which was frustrating as we had to put off a trip to the swimming pool until later in the day. The fridge didn't really keep our milk cool, but the staff on reception placed it in their fridge to help us.
