The location was key. The beds were comfortable. The view was a huge bonus!

We like Lake Placid and the ride. We have been multiple times

It was a relaxing stay and we enjoyed the fireplace. and the hot chocolate, coffee and cookies.

there was a dead worm in our room. it was disgusting and very frightening. I don't expect to go to a reputable hotel and find a worm dead or alive in my room.

I would recommend this resort.

Room was clean and spacious with mountain view. Shops and attractions nearby. Food in restaurant was very good and the staff throughout the resort were friendly.

Bed was not as comfortable as we like.
