Perfect location and facilities for visiting Old Town Dubrovnik

Excellent breakfast served on the front terrace. There is a small parking lot about 80m from the hotel in which you can leave your car for 10 minutes without paying. The hotel entrance is up the small walking path on the uphill edge of the parking area. The staff was exceedingly helpful, and the hotel location couldn't be better for access to the Old Town.

Perfect location, beautiful room, huge breakfast with multiple offerings, outstanding staff.

This is a true gem. Dubrovnik was the last stop on a multi-country trip, and Heritage Villa Nobile was by far the best among the places we stayed. Our large room on the first floor had good closet space, a modern bathroom (with both tub and walk-in shower), a sitting area, and a window overlooking the beautiful garden. Everyone involved in our stay was extremely friendly and helpful. Ivana gave us three great recommendations for restaurants, as well as touring suggestions. The location was great for visiting the Old Town. It was easy to return to the room for a rest because it's so close.

Lovely, intimate villa just outside the gate. Perfect in every way.

An intimate , private , well appointed villa. Much attention to detail, beautifully decorated, modern bathrooms. Generous breakfast served on the outdoor terrace. Wonderful warm service . Location is perfect right outside the hustle bustle of the gates.

Nothing. I will say, there are some steps to consider if you have limitations. But it is a lovely small villa. There is not an indoor place to gather for breakfast if the weather is poor, but we were not affected at all. They would have just served our breakfast in our room if that was the situation. No complaints.

Beautifully restored heritage villa with amazing attention to detail of the history of the villa - loved the research into the previous owners and incorporating their stories into the individual suites Also so close to the old town but once behind the gate to the villa we were a relaxed quiet world away from the hub hub

Perfect stay!

Everything! The friendliness of the staff, the beautiful and serene property and room, breakfast. The location cannot be beat. We wanted to stay outside of the city walls but close and this was perfect. It's right near the gate but still removed from the summer chaos and you don't have to walk up steep steps. Will be back to stay.

We loved every moment at Villa Nobile. Our room was so comfortable and clean. The location was perfect (right outside Pile gate). The staff went above and beyond, and we enjoyed an amazing breakfast each morning. I would 100% recommend Villa Nobile to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik.
