The self-contained villas are well-equipped, including a fire in the middle of the villa, making for a cozy stay. Some guests appreciated the proximity to the bathhouse and suggested a discount on entrance fees for villa guests.

An amazing stay.

Amazing place to stay. Everything you need in accommodation. The spa is excellent. Beds are very comfortable.

Only minor fault, the parking is very tight. Some nights we had to park 10cm of the car on the passenger side to fit the car in. The car spaces are under sized to squeeze 13 spots into a carpark fit for 10 cars.

The overall facility was nice but left underwhelmed by experience.

Location in Victoria, close get away to Melbourne.

Stained ottoman, a few stray hairs over couch, few cobwebs from ceiling and dust in alcove behind bed. No coffee pod machine and cleaning bond of $250 seemed very excessive, hopefully reimbursed.

Disappointing

Was looking forward to our anniversary but was disappointed with the stay

The place was beautiful but felt like the villa needed fixing the jacuzzi tap was broken and the water wasnt getting warm. The heater was not working.

The beds were not comfortable as expected

Dont waste your money

Dont waste your money here. Such a disappointment. Villas are now stocked with cheap products. we were given a broken fry pan, the kitchen tapeware was broken, room wasnt properly cleaned. They only give you Lipton black tea. When we asked for green tea, they said thats all they provide. Previously they would give Tea Forte tea bags in various flavours. They gave 2 mini devondale cartons- the ones you give your kids to drink; for 2 adults, for 3 nights!!!! If you stayed for 1 night; you would get the same thing. When asked for more, we were told that we are required to bring our own milk. No one told us that. Moving on.lights went out on our second night. We were in the middle of cookingand yes they give you all the pots and pans and utensils but no cooking oil, we called reception and they tried to blame it on the stove being used. We said we believe its the weather as there were thunderstorms, stove wouldnt do that. She finally confirmed it was the weather- blackout till 10pm. So you would think such a big business would have a backup plan in place for such situations. Nope. I asked what they can do for us, because we were in the middle of cooking, now we have no food, food in the fridge will go off, there will be pure darkness in an hour and we cannot use our torches as our phone batteries were low- we were told its not just you, its everyone. Its not our fault. After continuously complaining, she put me through another staff member. She continued with, we cant help you, its everyone. I told them, that they need to do something for every single person staying at their villas, provide ice bags, give candles; anything. They said the owner or senior management would call me- never received a call or follow up about this.

Awesome experience in Hepburn springs

Location was superb, ammenities wonderful and room fabulous. Wish we stayed another 3 days. The single room layout with fireplace and large spa both was great. The 100 metre walk to the spa bath and experience made us feel privileged.

Average, wouldnt pay that amount of money for that apartment with stains and mould

Location was great

Mould around the bottom of the shower, stains on the chair at table and ottoman had a huge stain. Car park way to small. No note in room to tell us if the the box of water, juice or bread where complimentary or had to pay for them

Very disappointing

Over the duration of the weekend, we began to notice black mould on the curtains. The more we looked the more we discovered that it was on every curtain in the room. We found multiple bugs in the room, including some in the bed. We noticed the glass behind the bed had not been cleaned and was so dusty that past stayers had written clean me amongst other things in the dust.
