Guests had a wonderful experience at Hepburn Spa Retreat, enjoying their stay in the villa and complimentary treats. Upgrading to the adult-only area enhanced the spa experience. The massage treatmen (Read More)t was exceptional, making for a perfect birthday weekend. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with spa and fireplace. The staff were praised for their guided tour and top-notch facilities. While some minor issues were noted, overall, guests had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spa the highlight of the trip Hepburn Spring closed all private area for renovations but had put nothing on website. Chl

Location , welcome pack and spa were great!! However the towels you only got once on arrival.

The only drawback is that thaw whole experience was the huge spa in the room but we had to use dirty towels. When I attempted to contact the manager they were unavailable. I called Hepburn Springs who put in a request but no clean towels for 3 days. Granted it was New Year, but more should have been provided in our room.

Location, easy contact with reception/staff, decor

Couldn't get spa bath to run hot water (followed symbols on the bath and looked up villa guide - instructions/troubke shooting not provided) TV required an on/off restart which included unmounting it from the wall (after calling reception) No bathroom amenities provided - toothbrush, paste, hair tie/cap, empty tissue boxes Was not told how to book a villa with a balcony or that our villa was co-located with one above us - info not provided at time of booking or afterwards.

Lovely styling inside the unit. Gorgeous heating and very relaxing vibe.

Folder with attractions and eating options, info on spa/ massage treatments - this could have been provided on booking or booking in on arrival. The option to have grazing platter delivered for a fee would have been nice, especially with later bookings. The tiles around the spa bath are cracking and moving in unit 9 which may become a safety issue. For $400 a night I expected no issues.

it was comfortable but definitely not 5 star. maybe 4. those things need to improve to hold its rating.

the fire place was lovely, loved having a kitchen, nice plates, clean. the bed was comfortable. great view as we were on top.

I had to ask for the bath to be cleaned, it wasnt done. the bathroom is tired, the white vanity is covered in stains from wear over the years. disappointed we had to clean the bath so our little one could use it on arrival. there is what looks like bird poo on top of the black curtains or dust/mildew which is horrible. it need a major spring clean. the fridge has a huge dont in it. also some people would smoke in their balcony, the smell came in. and there was a party of some kind one night. there should be rules applied to these for noise and smoking. we stayed 3 nights and it would be nice if there was coffee/dishwasher cleaner/garbage bags for 3 nights not one night stay.
