Size of the room, very clean, bed comfy, bathroom really good size, bedroom finishings lovely. Food was great, breakfast was delish, staff very helpful.

Shower tray was massive but slippery. Mirror above the table and chair too high, when you sat down you couldn't see yourself to dry your hair or do your makeup

Gem in Inverness!

Hotel rooms are beautiful, very clean, bed comfortable, great shower and staff are really friendly. Hotel is dog friendly too and my little jack russell stayed in the hotel for 10 for the full duration of our 2 night stay. I ate in the restaurant on the first night, food was delicious and the bar has a good selection of wine and cocktails. There is free parking at the hotel too which was a bonus. Overall really enjoyed my stay ....is very central in Inverness (10 min walk from castle and shops) and a good base for touring the area. I would recommend to everyone and hope to stay again soon.
