The Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Louisville East is an older hotel but in great condition. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a pleasant smell. The location is perfect, with ea (Read More)sy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The only downside was noisy neighbors on one night, but overall, it was a great stay and the reviewer plans to return next year. The staff was friendly and the nearby amenities, such as the mall and grocery stores, were convenient.

Very good

My stay was pleasant. I did pay almost the same price as a night's stay just to check in early.

Location was great. There was a variety of eating places and other attractions.

There could have been more handicap parking spaces on the front.

Disappointing

Could have been a better stay if pool was open.

Breakfast options were good. Room size was nice.

I didnt like that I was not told in advance that pool was closed as I had 5 very sad children to deal with as this was supposed to be our New Years Eve fun on our way home. The pool was the primary focus when I booked this location.

I dont normally complain about things, unless its pretty bad, but I just cant say much good about our Suite! The prop

The location of the property was great, and the Suite was good size.

One important deciding factor on booking here was the swimming pool and it being open, but after I checked in, I was told the pool was closed when one of the kids mentioned it. There was NO hot water to our shower at all, and with 6 people, we definitely needed the shower. There was dried pieces of something (food I hope), in several places, and especially in the fold out sofa. My oldest Daughter was bitten by something soon after getting in the bed, and it turned very red, hot, and swollen. The Suite claimed to have a small kitchenette with a stove , but it didnt.

Excellent hotel. We stay there before every appointment at Norton Childrens Hospital despite closer places to stay near

Its very quiet, clean, and helpful staff. The location is great too.

Please update the books in the lobby. Ive been at least 5 times. Theres a Goodwill down the road.

Comfortable beds, decent breakfast

Inaccurate pictures on Booking.com showed a pool with spa / hot-tub. There is no spa, and the pool was shut down by the local health inspector.
