It was an emergency stay in Nottingham following a car accident. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. I had a garden room as had a dog. The room was lovely, opening onto a patio area. I ordered room service which was very quick and delicious. At breakfast they were very helpful with our enquires about vegan options.

Excellent location and quality

Very high quality accommodation, friendly staff and on site parking. The location is right in the centre of Nottingham but quiet. Breakfast excellent quality and good value.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location

Harts hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We travel a lot but what makes Harts hotel different is the standard of service both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The rooms are lovely, beds exquisitely comfortable and the location - well amazing
