The Hard Rock Hotel Budapest offers a great central location and a comfortable, modern atmosphere. Guests appreciated the spacious and well-decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and digital light switch (Read More)es. The hotel's themed music decor was a bonus for music fans. The staff were attentive and accommodating, allowing guests to check out late and store their luggage. While there were parties happening, the rooms remained quiet. Some guests mentioned that they could hear music from other parts of the hotel, but overall, the experience was positive. Nearby craft beer bars were a highlight for guests.

Great hotel, staff and rooms. Food could be better.

Hotel style is cool and what you'd expect of a hard rock. Cool rooftop bar but not enough people in it. Staff were VERY friendly, which was a real treat. Rooms are nice and well equipped: good blinds, coffee machine etc.

Location really depends on what you are visiting for. For me: not brilliant but good for the opera and some of the later hour bars.

Loved the decor and location

Breakfast was disappointing. Stated that it went on u till 10.30 but most containers were empty at 10am! Charged four euro for oats which I thought was a bit excessive.

Location near to theatres and safe parking possibility. Nice interior and tipical hard rock coffee desing. Late check out:)

The restaurant is very cold you need to eat in winter coat but the food is good. No bathroom separetely with door. Only toilet and shower had doors and the tap is in the room with the mirror.The rooms at are very small this desing try to increase its size. Lots of message and offers from the hotel after booking by email.

Great Vibes and a Great Stay!

Hard Rock Hotels always have an exquisite attention to details and this one was no exception. The atmosphere, facilities, staff and quality was all top notch. Great restaurant and bar (open til late) and even room service through the night meant that you were always catered for. The lobby staff were incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to help. The bed was comfortable, shower was powerful and room in general was a pleasant retreat to retire to after a long day of walking the city.

The ONLY thing I could mark them down on, is testament to the amazing service they offer. We visited during Christmas party season which meant event spaces were being used for big groups, the roof-top bar was occasionally closed and our 6th floor room (under the rooftop) was susceptible to a bit of noise.

A Constant Grid I love the Hard Rock Caf all over the world, so I thought Id splash out and try the Hard Rock hotel in Budapest. It is a fabulous new building, the superior room was excellent. The memorabilia all over the hotel is outstanding. And the facilities, Roxy Rooftop cocktail Bar, Sessions restaurant, and the rocking bar/caf Constant Grind what a great sounding place. So we booked a table in the Rooftop bar we even got an email confirmation. 9.30pm Friday night brilliant. Jumped in a taxi and made our way back to the hotel imagine our disappointment when we got there only to discover it was closed due to a private function! So we went downstairs to the Rock Bar sorry no draught beer, weve run out due to the party Thursday evening. Oh yes, I havent mentioned that on Thursday evening the Sessions restaurant was closed for a Private function and they had all decided they were going to party in the bar after so we had to fight your way to the bar and get a drink great! So the great Rocking Hotel with fantastic facilities didnt mention that these were not available to residents because they were all hired out for private functions! And, on a really trivial note. They dont give you enough shower gel, shampoo etc, you have to go to reception and ask for more I guess they saving the environment by restricting you to on shower per day and nothing by day 3! In summary, its a nice hotel but its constant grind if you want to have a session in the poxy bars. I still love the restaurants but the Hotel, I dont think Ill be trying another one. Fortunately, Budapest is a great city

Extra interieur, very nice personal at the reception, slow service, dirty room.

The location of the hotel is very good. The decoration is absolutely superb. The room design is very modern.

Our room was not cleaned properly. We found hair on the wall of the shower, a dirty pair of socks on one of the shelves, a used contact lens container and a bottle of water on the floor. We ordered drinks via room service and it took nearly 50 minutes to get them. To get an egg sunny side up, we should have paid extra.

Iconic hotel with good features

Iconic hotel with some great features in keeping with hard rock. Rooms very clean and modern.

Light switches/heating is hard to work - over complicated as everything is button operated and would be very confusing for anyone not technically minded. Bathroom layout is strange with the sink inside the bedroom and nowhere to change after the shower if you were sharing a room
