A good place to stay in the heart of Liverpool.

It was clean and central for all amenities. A good breakfast and a great bar.

NIGHTMARE

Nothing

Noise levels are so high that it is impossible to sleep. Am typing this feedback at 1:00 am and the noise is going strong. It is almost as if you are on the street or the disco from where the noise is emanating. Though the staff did mention it at the time of check-in, the level and how late it remains this way needs to be made obvious to unsuspecting customers at the point of booking. Otherwise Booking.com is running the risk of promoting this on your website. The double bed is actually tiny and the mattress actually sags and the springs creek. How this hotel is rated so high needs to be checked. The number of detailed poor reviews seem to be overshadowed by a large number is ratings without much comments. Are they even real?
