The Hampton Inn St. Augustine-Historic District is praised for its great location, being close to the beach and away from the busy areas. The rooms are comfortable with very comfortable beds. The bre (Read More)akfast is good and the staff is friendly and professional. The hotel offers great service, with amenities such as a digital keycard, complimentary cookies and water, and a coffee maker in the room. Parking can be tight and the option to pick rooms and floors before arrival is appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located near the historic district and offers easy access to nearby activities. Overall, it is a great value.

Clean rooms and great breakfast, lousy EV charging support
Great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff-- all of which we have come to take for granted when staying at Hampton Inns.
This hotel should not properly be advertised to have EV Charging, by 2023 standards. One of the three spaces had a broken charger with a dangerously frayed cable at the connector end, which given the reviews on various charging apps has apparently been the case for several months without attention from the hotel management. All three spots were frequently blocked by gas/diesel cars. This hotel has barely enough parking spaces to accommodate all guests' vehicles when fully booked, and the staff advises guests to park anywhere-- including blocking charging spots-- in this case.

The door lock was sticking . Tried to call the front desk waited there for 15 mins not no one was there to help. Finally we pushed the door open.

Perfect for the couple who has a day or so to explore St Augustine.
Clean well appointed comfortable staff was friendly and very helpful! And breakfast was included.
Really cant think of any negatives.
