The guest requested credit and to speak with a manager, but was told the manager would not be available until 10 am. They express disappointment and consider staying at Holiday Inn instead. Review 3: The stay was great with friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient for restaurants and malls. The guest plans to return in the future. Review 4: The breakfast attendant, named Kim, went above and beyond to fulfill a guest's request for chocolate waffles. The staff is praised for their hospitality and friendliness. Review 5: The stay was pleasant with a great breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff, and a spacious room. Holiday last minute

The staff was wonderful & very helpful with all my accommodations. Room was comfortable, clean and good value for the holiday season.

The handicap rooms were at the very end of hall away from the elevators.

Noisy!

Everything except laundry staff noise!

Had room 134 next to laundry. Staff left door open, radio playing, loudly and singing. Twice had to complain.

Superb

Nice, Quite, Relaxing Stay!

We had a late check in due to delayed flight, the hotel was selected because it was close to airport. The staff that met us was extremely friendly and had us ready to check in when we arrived. I had contacted the hotel when we learned of the delay, so they were ready. The breakfast was fantastic since we could make waffles, and as my granddaughter said the mango juice was quit nice.

The only item that was an issue to my family was the amount of outlets needed to charge all of the electronic devices.

Awesome

The staff (Joan) was super awesome!!! Place was clean, nice atmosphere and breakfast. Great to have a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was super awesome as well!! Thank you for an amazing experience.

A good hotel near to the airport with all you need and friendly staff. We use the shuttle- good service.

Code to the Airport. shuttle service. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

Disappointing

Ok for one night stay by yourself

Breakfast. Make your own waffles, bagels, toast, juice, tea, coffee was a big plus. I was happy it was not breakfast with prewrapped muffins and danish.

The outdated rooms, the outdated bathroom, the pool was not clean and my kids didn't get a chance to enjoy it. The curtains in our room were dirty.
