Review 1: Repeat guest appreciates friendly staff, cleanliness, and amenities. Location and views are not ideal, but enjoys upgrades as a loyalty member. Review 3: Front door access issue for online check-in, but staff was nice and resolved the problem. Overall positive experience. Review 4: Last minute stay, kind staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Avoided oatmeal. No issues with security key system. Review 5: Hotel is somewhat hidden behind another property, causing confusion for arrival. Security key system was effective.

Best breakfast, good location.

Whoever made the breakfast that morning is my favorite person there. The bacon was absolutely delicious. Not undercooked, not overcooked, just right. Best breakfast at any hotel I ever stayed in. Beds were comfy, room was clean and the shower had good pressure, couldn't ask for more.

The road to get in is very tricky to spot, not a hotel issue, just a heads up.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and neat.

The only small issue we had is that the pillows on the bed could have been fluffier.

With only one pool open I would definitely choose another hotel next time for cheaper price.

Location was great right off interstate and short drive to downtown. Breakfast was ok with several options to choose from.

I traveled with my 3 year old daughter so the pool was a must and one of the main reasons I choose this particular hotel was the fact it had 2 pools with one having slide. I thought with 2 pools we would have option of choosing the least crowded if one or the other was crowded. I called 2 days before arriving to make sure both pools were open and I was told so. Once we arrived the outside pool was nasty, not maintained, and closed for the season is what sign said. I know that decision wasnt made in the 2 days after I called because it couldnt have gotten that nasty in that short amount of time.
