The hotel itself received positive reviews for its comfortable beds, hot showers, and amenities such as soap and shampoo dispensers. However, there were some issues with misinformation from the Hampt (Read More)on reservation phone line, an early breakfast timing, and initial room cleanliness. One staff member named Jarret was particularly helpful in resolving room issues and providing assistance. The night manager also provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to assist with a refund.

Very good

Overall very good and was available right away

Breakfast was not typical of Hampton. The food was sub par this time.

No meat except a few bacon crumbles on an omelet

Pleasant

An okay hotel, but with nice staff

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were clean. The location is great.

The hotel felt a little old and run-down. Only one elevator worked and was very slow. The tap water was "soft" and didn't clean soap off very well. The tap water also tasted unpleasant. The breakfast was a little gross, even for a continental breakfast.

Adequate property; avoid surge pricing by making holiday plans early!

We were overflow guests of a relative during the holiday, so this location was chosen for proximity to the gathering place. The property was quiet and the bed was comfortable, though small.

Since it was a holiday weekend, we were at the mercy of supply and demand, paying nearly three times the regular rate. That made it difficult to be particularly enthusiastic about the property, but it was more than adequate. The bathroom could use some updating.
