This location is a great place to stay, with clean rooms and a large complimentary breakfast. The hotel has been renovated, and although there were ongoing renovations during a guest's stay, it did n (Read More)ot affect the overall experience. The front desk manager, Caren Martinez, was praised for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The hotel is also praised for its good location, free breakfast, electric car charging, and clean and modern rooms.

Very good

The night staff person was friendly, helpful and really made us feel welcome.

the location was a little difficult because of road construction in the area. Also, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for parking.

I absolutely dont RECOMMEND!!! We went for a family trip and turns out at night someone broke into my car and broke my car window and stole some of my stuff! Hotel doesnt have outside cmaras! And one of the receptionist was acting so suspicious! Go spend you money some other hotel not this one!

Tried one time, will not be back.

Breakfast was pretty good. Bathroom was large and well-lit.

Tub's plug didn't work. Phone key did not work, so had to check in physically. Wanted to charge me $10 for parking when the reservation said nothing about parking not being included. No TV channel guide. The one on the TV itself did not point to the right station when click on it.

Stop-over in Sacramento

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The size of the rooms was good and the facilities were in good order ... except for the parts that were under repair/renovation (see below). The breakfast was good, and the wifi fast.

The property was undergoing renovations. There were construction noises and smells and someone lost the key to the elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up and down stairs. Maybe it would have been good, if the hotel was closed for the duration of the work or at least a significant discount was given. There are a lot of homeless people in the area.

Superb

Very comfortable.

The room were very clean and well laid out. Loved the little fitness center, and the staff was the best. Breakfast good too! I am sure construction will be done by the next visit. Even with construction, the room was peaceful and quiet.

Would have liked an in room safe, but it wouldnt stop me from staying again. :)

Clean room but poor amenities and staff not very well informed.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious. Location was good for our purposes.

Staff was not friendly and was not very well informed. When asked for a recommendation for a place to eat I was handed a paper with the restaurants in the area. It was helpful but the front desk staff was not familiar with the area according to her and could not give us any recommendations. We used the pool and it was okay but a jacuzzi would have been nice. The TV did not have many channels available. My children had to watch something on my phone as I was unable to connect any of our streaming services to the TV.
