Excellent staff, great location, and comfortable amenities!

Staff were amazing! Kayla, the manager, was extraordinary! She was a great communicator, excellent at validating concerns and rectified situations very quickly. And....she worked alot that weekend, as it was very busy and she knew the staff needed breaks. Top notch way to supervise and run a "well oiled" hotel. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!

Could have been a little cleaner. Slight stains on blankets, floor didn't appear to be cleaned well. Light switches and other frequently touched areas were dirty (I cleaned them myself).

It was a nice stay but billing was an issue.

The hotel was mostly fine. It was a little dirty in places but mostly it was good. I did not have breakfast either. It seemed rather small but did have a waffle maker. Nice pool too. I would stay again if I had to.

The one issue I did have was billing. When checking out, I asked the receptionist to pay the bill on 2 separate credit cards. However, when doing so, my card got charged the full amount and then another half on top of it. My mother's card was charged for the full amount as well. I called customer service to get it sorted out and they said that they would have a manager call in the afternoon to sort issues out. The afternoon came and nobody called. I called the hotel instead to sort out the issue and the receptionist said they would wipe the sale clean and start new. In the end, I never got charged and my mother got charged the full amount. Needless to say, we are just leaving it the way it is before even more confusion is caused. This took longer than the 48 hours that they suggest to let the banks sort out the transactions too.

Disappointing

It was definitely a place to lay out heads at night. We didn't spend much time in our room

The bed was comfortable. Room was a decent size

First off the people working the service desk didn't have a clue what was going on. Then when we got to our room it hadn't been cleaned. Someone definitely had a party in there. We where informed it would be cleaned so we left and came back to them moving us rooms. You would have thought they would offer atleast a small discount or atleast a complimentary candy bar or something. Lol. Our 2nd room was clean but room service only comes in if you ask for them. The cable is horrible. Most stations won't even come in and the TV is set up so you can either watch it from the couch or the bed. Not at the same time. The bathrooms are tiny compared to any hotel I've stayed in. For the price I paid for a 4 night stay you would think the accommodations would have been better.

Coffee maker in room mismatch with coffee packet provided. Unable to use. Auto light in bathroom, turns on whether you want it to or not. No switch. No sink in toilet room. Desk clerk basically MIA, stark contrast to super friendly Billings MT Hampton.

Easy place to get to and find from the highway. Everything went smooth and would come back there to stay again. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

location, had a cart for moving luggage, enough parking

hockey teams there being rude to other guests parents didnt seem to care. the floors in the main hallway and lobby were crooked uneven, then covered up with carpets. were older people 60-70s. I stepped on an uneven spot with my breakfast and almost fell. the breakfast potatoes were served refrigerator cold. we misplaced a keycard and the desk attendant was very put out to get another one. we found it the afternoon of the funeral so you got three keycards at checkout instead of two. right after checkout husband noticed. he left his dress shirt in the closet in the room. again the same attendant was very put out.
