We enjoyed the stay with those few exceptions mentioned

The room and staff were very good for our purpose

Other guests seem to be easily heard and the mattresses need replacing. This is our third stay and each room had the same issues.

The hotel was connected to the racino. The rooms were beautiful cleaned. Most of the staff was very pleasant

This may not be a popular thing to do these days. But I think you should have smoking floors and non-smoking floors or at least one smoking floor that is an inconvenience to the people that stay there just to let you know but we survived and we would stay there again

Disappointing

Stayed here before and never had an issue until now

Location

The credit card machine was down upon arrival,so I had to fill out paperwork including all my credit card information (which I didnt feel comfortable doing that. The refrigerator in our room wasnt clean. Previous people left Gatorade bottle in the refrigerator and it had leaked out into the bottom of the refrigerator. Cleaning staff never brought clean towels and washcloths to our room, nor left enough toilet paper. Only had a partial roll for 2 nights.
