Close to the arena. Breakfast was good. Friendly check in/out staff.

Finding a love for Columbus

The location was great for what we needed. It's close to the North Market, which we wanted to check out while in the area. An easy walk. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was great. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

I'm not really a nitpicker, but if we didn't love something, it would be breakfast. It was just okay. It's nice that it's even offered. And I'm sure plenty of other people enjoy it just fine!

Everything was excellent. Would prefer cheaper or included parking.

Everything was great! The two recommendations I have would be a microwave in the room, and cheaper valet prices. The parking garage next door is $20-$25 so we chose to go there instead.

No microwave in room.

location suited our needs, breakfast was good, varitey

requested handicap room when booked and was given a regular room and told handicap rooms were closed for maintanance. some how one came available after we returned. checkin was messed up for the other couples we were with very badly.
