It was okay.

Breakfast was good and plenty. Bed was very comfortable.

On the third morning there was no hot water for a shower. The front desk was too inexperienced for checkout and billing information had the wrong credit card number on two of us checking out.

An excellent stay for discounted price.

I love that the property was so very clean. The staff were very helpful and even though I didnt get to go have breakfast I was glad I had the option and there is coffee and I love coffee. The lobby was beautiful.

I think if the rooms had some plants in them, it would make it have a little extra touch of luxury. Even if theyre fake flowers or fake tree.

Rooms need to be fumigated regularly.

Phillip did a good job.

There were "ants" in our bed in room 220. Heavy rains caused them to come inside the room and my wife and I killed several in the middle of the night. Also there is no fan or ventilation in the bathroom. Only ONE bath towel per person in the bathroom. No bath racks for 2 persons in bathroom. One of us had to use towel hooks which do not allow a towel to dry from the night before, especially after heavy rains and humidity we experienced during our stay there.

it seems that this hotel needs some additional help to fix little things like burned out light bulbs

On the second night, we were finally moved to a room that was quiet

on our first night, wewere in a room that was very noisy stemming from freeway traffic. The air conditioner did not work so there was no way to block out the noise.

for the cost, i would have expected better.

location is nice, free coffee.

The window was extremely dirty. The iron board was really in bad shape. The iron itself had melted residual from a past user, it ended up ruining my shirt before a wedding. The fan kept going off despite it being turned off, making it very noisy.
