Good stay

The room is exquisite. Staff are exemplary. Their extra efforts are really impressive.

No pool access at night. Kids got bored as there were not many amenities for them to enjoy, especially for teenagers.

Good NYE viewing

We went to observe the NYE fireworks and took a sea facing room. The location was perfect, and the view from the balcony was brilliant. The food was good and so was the staff. Nice clean place.

We were 3 people... the sofa cum bed provided was small for me or my son. So my wife, who is shorter, had to occupy that. The double bed again didn't look like a bigsize bed, was not too comfortable forvtwo guys..

Irritated by how rude was the front desk

The location

The front desk manager was rude as well as the staff in the front desk. As they are the first people that I see when I enter the hotel I was not happy at first sight.

Location and view.

Shower not working. Balcony door stuck. No hot water. Room and maintenance service very poor. Breakfast was ordinary. Our family whole stay wasted due to poor maintenance of facilities

The staff is so good and friendly, the room is nice and the view is perfect, and the food is to a great extent good

the cleanliness, we went last year and that wasnot an issue. However it was terrible this year especially in the toilets serving the beach and the swimming pool and the restaurant.

No information about the cultural programs at the pool deck unless you scan the QR code. No Indian TV channels. Buffet brakefast dishes are less and not so tasty.
