Very good

Overall, okay.

I liked the breakfast and the staff were really nice. There's a guy who can speak more than 4 languages(sorry, I forgot his name) so I spoke Spanish with him and he's very accomodating. There's also the metro just beside the hotel so transport is not a problem to go to the city center.

I didn't like the pillows, they're too soft and I was expecting to have a fridge in the room for a 4 star hotel but there wasn't.

It was a great stay at Hampton. Would do that again, of required. We will be living here in the city, so we never know w

The hotel is in a very convenient location. We could easily get around the city by taking the U6 located right beside the hotel. Its clean and has a bunch of friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, too. We liked the breakfast options as well. We also enjoyed watching the New Year fireworks through the windows. The walk through the riverside park beside the European Central Bank was great, too. And there is Rewe, DM, Easy Apotheke, and a few good eateries nearby. Its a nice place to be when you first land in Frankfurt or if youre a visitor just passing by.

The TV. It is just a regular TV with German channels. To set up the options for smart TV, we need an access code or installation code. It is inconvenient especially when people do not know German to watch their shows.

Very convenient location. The room size wasnt big but fine for two adults and a teenager. Breakfast was great with variety to choose from. The waffle maker made our morning brighter! The check out time was later than most hotels which we liked. Didnt feel rushed to get out.

Immediately entering the room, I saw few tiny things on the floor (trash). The corridor carpet was dirty though seemed cleaned. Visible stains in high traffic area. The pillows for uncomfortable to my liking, as they were too soft and even stacking two werent comfortable for me. Only one car charging was functioning out of three.

Exceptional

Location. Zoo and center are very close. Subway station right behind the corner. Rooms are very quiet, even with opened windows you will barely hear trains. Very nice stuff, friendly and helpful. Especially the polyglot man, so ashamed that didn't ask his name.

The staff os super friendly and extremely helpful. Room is spacious and cozy and the proximity of the place to underground was great and a-lot of cool places around the area.I would definitely come back again.

Only cleanliness i would recommend they enhance a little.
