The Hampton by Hilton in Canterbury has a brilliant location in the city centre, within walking distance to attractions, shops, and eateries. The staff are friendly and helpful, with a good breakfast (Read More) included. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice bar area. Some minor issues with shower screens in bathrooms were noted, but overall, guests had a pleasant and convenient stay at great value. Would highly recommend.

Very good

Nice and pleasant stay for a two-day trip; would definitely recommend!

Very good experience at the Hampton in Canterbury; staff extremely helpful and kind (e.g. when storing medicine in the their fridge); rooms well clean; very pleasant, cosy and warm atmosphere of the lobby; superb location; wifi worked fine; breakfast options were varied and generally tasty.

A small fridge in the rooms would be helpful.

Great hotel a short but good stay

Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Sadly it was dark when we arrived so couldn't explore Canterbury more.

Disappointing - didn't meet expectations, might as well have stayed at Premier Inn for less money

Location good. No character or feel of being upmarket. Bedroom minimalist, almost bare.

Shower spray reached out to bathroom floor - - poor design. Breakfast area bland, better in Premier Inn or Express by Holiday Inn

Most convenient hotel in Canterbury area!

Location! Location ! Only 3 minutes walk high street where you can find anything you want from franchised modern to local authentic cafes, clothing shoes etc shops and the cleanliness is superb. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Food quality is good except boiled eggs.

Bad telephone line reception.you have to go downstairs to be able to make or receive phone calls. Half glass door in the bathroom is a downside, too. When you have a shower, the water just goes everywhere in the bathroom. Make the whole room wet!. No variety of breakfast. Stayed 3 nights, and the breakfast.menus were still the same .Would be great if they provide more varieties foods including Asian and Mediterranean in special occasion like Christmas season or during summer times.

When visiting London, and you don't want to stay in the city and are heading back to Belgium !

Friendly staff, breakfast was ample, limited in choice but overall just what you need before heading off to another location.

Good choice for everyone

The hotel's strategic location in the town centre made our stay a breeze. We enjoyed a restful night's sleep on the cosy beds and woke up to an energizing breakfast spread that included the option to make our own mouth-watering waffles.
