Great value for money

Great value for money. Excellent facilities, including a very nice restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine and rooftop pool bar. Breakfast also highly recommended. Overall, I would say that HAIAN exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic pool area and buffet. Pool area had enough space for hotel goers and staff were so friendly. Pool was nice and large and you can see the coast. Buffet had so many options from Vietnamese to western.

good breakfast spread... never see avocados served at hotels. The beach was impressive, the sound of the wave attracted me.. never have I heard such nice waves

Location, buffet breakfast and pool area. Staff were helpful almost to the extent of being too much.

I had a couple of issues to begin with. But we sorted all that out and enjoyed my stay.

Good

Comfortable large room with sweeping views of the beach and sea. Helpful attentive friendly staff with good English who really tried to help. The food offered at breakfast was wide ranging and of good quality. Good housekeeping. The limo shuttle to the airport was excellent. Good value for money especially given the excellent staff.

The main problem was the solar water heating and when the sun didn't shine there wasn't much hot water. The beach bar opposite played loud music which was annoying late at night. Crossing the road to the beach could be exciting. Although the food at breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished the behaviour of some of the guests was less than excellent especially when the restaurant was crowded. Not the hotel's fault.
