Great Location, Great Staff

The location of the Gravity Haus is perfect, it sits directly at the Base of Peak 9. Room was comfortable, and clean but did have a bit of wear, and tear that you normally see in properties associated with ski areas. The staff was fantastic and were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Hotel was fine but next time in town will look elsewhere.

Decor. Room was comfortable.

The hot water in the shower didnt get beyond lukewarm. Woman at the desk apologized but didnt seem too concerned.

Very good

Thought this was a brand new property but it seemed a bit worn down, not super clean.

Food at the restaurant wasnt great for the price. $5 for a kids lemonade and $10 for noodles with butter. $45 or so for mediocre gnocchi with day old rotisserie chicken on top. I know its ski resort prices but Ive had much better food at other Breck spots and Steamboat and Vail. Lackluster wine selection by the glass, and out of any Pinot Noir.

We are experienc.ed travelers and found that this hotel did not provide value for money

The room was pleasant and I appreciated the tea kettle and tea provided.

No disclosure of the $35 per night valet fee on Booking's site; the staff were not familiar with the local hiking trails and did not have any maps. The meager complimentary cup of drip coffee was super stingy. How about at least two cups of something for each of the guests.

Love the design and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The bathroom sliding doors could be better. They dont even lock and randomly would slide open while in the bathroom. Not ideal for privacy.

OUTSTANDING VENUE,PRIME LOCATION, BEDDING & TOWELS SO EXQUISITE EVERYTHING CLEAN & READY FOR US

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION & STAFF OUTSTANDING. I BROUGHT MY PSYCHIATRIC SERVICE DOG Bella & all 3 of us loved this mini vacation It amazed me how v well Bella was during the entire vacation, she was the Good Will ambassador of Breck, and her duties & responsibilities must be handled immediately to keep me safe and those around us. What a blessing my little Bella continues to provide me, on duty 24-7. Our world is rebounding from COVID & other severe diseases, easily transmitted. Around the world we are still struggling to find & keep excellent staffing which you are doing such an EXCELLENT JOB! This will still arise like most businesses are finding. We stayed in King studio, ALL STAFF were amazing & handled our needs effortlessly and immediately. ALL AMENITIES TOP NOTCH, wish I could have stayed longer, thank you for EVERYTHING YOU HANDLE EFFORTLESSLY.

We experienced sporadic but v loud what sounded like hammer was whacking on pipes & we didn't sleep v well, then noise of people running down corridors or on PL level (which I didn't visit) caused me to call front desk again for noise issues. Your staff were exceptional. Hope to return to Breck as it's my fav town & not huge & w/heavy traffic. STAY STRONG! WE LOVE YOU!

Great place, great location and so dog friendly!

The location was great. The amenities were too. Everyone we came in contact with at Gravity Haus was pleasant and extremely helpful. They even gave us a bag of dog treats, a dog bed and some dog bowls for our doodle dog Banjo. He enjoyed his stay as well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.

Will recommend to anyone visiting Brock who wants super convenient location, upscale amenities and comfortable accommoda

Perfect location, super comfy bed, blackout shades, soundproof despite busy street location, quality of on-site food (loved the breakfast choices and quality).

Parking fee was a little high, bathroom was a bit small given generous size of the overall room.
