Friendly staff who were very helpful, amazing food, cool building and pool was good, setting and grounds are beautiful.

Only a minor observation ,but could do with a update of the pool area.

The hotel, location, staff were all lovely. The Spa was lovely to x

Only one thing our room was to hot, we did have a fan but had to leave our veranda door open. Not a complaint just how we felt.

Very good

Lovely old style hotel. Staff were all very friendly, facilities were good but, could do with an update in areas. Food was excellent although the service was slow at times. Would most definitely recommend.

Spa facilities need an update, steam and sauna were very small and needed to be reset every half hour. Drinks menu also needs to be updated no cocktails and wine menu was limited at times.

Stunning hotel for older families/couples

The hotel was stunning, and the staff were professional and welcoming. Excellent price for the size and quality of the room.

They didn't have the complimentary toiletries that were advertised. We visited when it was snowing, so we were stuck in the hotel for the whole stay (obviously the weather isn't their fault). There wasn't really anything to do around the hotel either as it's rather secluded. I wouldn't really recommend to younger couples.

The food was excellent

The bed was advertised as double it was a small double. The bedding was poor, thin and pillows were poor. The restaurant service was poor it took 2 hours to get our food. In the morning at 9.30 am they was no warm breakfast left and I asked 3 times for coffee. The spa was in need of TLC, the treatment was okay but I wasn't offered slippers but was given a robe
