We stayed at this hotel when it was brand new. It has gone downhill and requires a serious revamp.

Very good

I enjoyed my stay, but what made it even better was the front desk person Brandy who assisted me with every little thing

I was surprised that there was a full dishwasher, clean dishes for me to use. I loved the suite design and the separate bedroom I got.

The first room that I got didnt have a working heater, so I was probably transferred to another room where everything was working fine. The area around the TV was a little dusty but otherwise everything else was fine.

Disappointing

The outside looked very nice and the suite was roomy.

There was only one guy working there. Although he was very nice, there was no way he could serve all the needs of the guests. Breakfast was very disappointing as he had to unload the truck of supplies instead of making the hot dishes. He was not available to answer questions, so the desk was left empty when we needed to leave early. The pool and hot tub were closed. The furniture in the room was worn, torn and stained. It seemed like a hotel in transition.

Staff were very friendly.

Pool was very dirty and overly chemicaly. Elevator worked but was in need of repairs. Floor in the kitchenette part of our room needed repairs. Bathroom floors needed repairs.
