I was checked into a room with a disgusting microwave I stopped by front desk to see if they could do anything for me that seemed absolutely pointless they had me tell a housekeeper what I had to deal with and that was it. No further action has been made no compensation nothing no apology from the hotel only the 3rd party booking site. I been holding off on writing a review cause I been waiting for thing to be made right to me however its been over a week at this point and the manager of the property hasnt even bothered to reach out to me I have called the property numerous times and each time is a new excuse why she isnt there to manage her hotel or have staff there to help customers like myself with situations they are responsible for. The room APPEARED to look clean from walking in the room but be cautious cause I doubt they clean anything properly or to the full extent it should be. I couldnt even do much as use the microwave that was provided for my use in the room because it smelled so terrible and foul! There was a substance still inside that had NOT been cleaned and was clearly some sort of food that had turned into a science experiment! Due to the lack of cleanliness for something I am supposed to trust and that I paid to use hadnt been so much as even wiped down or sanitized I had such a hard time sleeping all night after wondering if the bed had even been cleaned or if they did the same half ass job cleaning that or the shower or coffee make so I had to stop and buy coffee after leaving my hotel which was an additional expense for myself due to my untrustworthiness of the hotel staffs cleaning.
