I wish we would of gone in season. However it was still a wonderful vacation

The main lobby staff and the main lobby bar tenders. They went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable.

Lovely hotel wrong time to gi

Big pools. Very clean. Lovely food.

I had booked the Grand Palladium white Island resort but on arrival i was told that the hotel i had booked was closed due to lack of occupancy. The manager did however upgrade us to a deluxe suite and gave free access to the spa. There was no evening entertainment due to the season ending. I would recommend this hotel only during the summer season.

I would return for more days there, the hotel and the beach are incredible

exactly the same as in the description perfect cleaning

Not everything was free (it is an all inclusive hotel) for some drinks you had to pay for them. little activity for guests. There is not much to see outside the hotel, you have to take a transpoo to go near shops

Pleasant few days away

There was a lot of choice of places to go for food, pool use, playing games. It was always nice & clean everywhere & the gardens were kept lovely. Every single staff member was lovely & seemed happy to be there! Food in the buffet restaurants was beautiful.

Lack of evening entertainment, so there wasnt much to do at night if you wanted to stay in the property. Tea was always cold at breakfast. The a la carte restaurants were terrible for vegan & gluten free food if you need both together. Despite me emailing the property in advance & talking with guest services when I arrived. My mum fell on the decking area of the pool the day we arrived because it is very dangerous. She hit her head & face very badly & spent the whole holiday walking around with a black eye.
