Room and breakfast were both great. Great location. The housekeeping staff was great. The check in and check out staff were great, too.

Some front desk staff were confused about our breakfast coverage in the second day. I paid for three adults breakfast and was confirmed when checking in, but when we went to breakfast the next day, the restaurant staff questioned us. I had to walked to the front desk and they had to wait till the booking staff to come to work to figure out. The other part I didn't like is the expensive restaurant on the first floor across the main gate. The food quality and tastes were so so, and they were overpriced. The overweight female staff (seemed like a manager) was not friendly at all. When we left the restaurant and she walk towards us, but said nothing and had a poker face on.

I love how they send me Benz to pick up and concierge service. Also I booked 4 days however got my visa same days and wanted to cancel 3 days and they allowed me which is excellent. They are extremely nice and awesome. I lost my old passport and wondered if i left it in the care they even helped me to call driver at 1 am and he answered. I am so thankful to you guys!

I didn't like this guys who said he will look at the trip plan and when i come back he left and other staff told me there is no such thing etc!

Breakfast is good, but a little bit crowded. Location of the hotel is good, close to metro. Room size is big but air-conditioning is not good.

Room air-conditioning. Light is not strong enough if I need to work in the room.

We choose Millennium hotel since 2015 that was the first time we stayed in this hotel. Since then every time we visit Beijing we choose this hotel. Location , breakfast, facilities and services are4 great

Superb

not too bad cos we were upgraded to complimentary lounge access use by the GM who was a friend.

All was good, except room felt warm as they started with winter preparations. Still too early maybe they should start only in November so we asked for 2 fans for personal comfort.

5 star hotel; 3 star experience.

The hotel had a very impressive gym, and the wifi was very quick and easy to connect to.

For a 5-star hotel, I was unimpressed with a few things. There was a mini fridge, yet it was empty the whole time. There was a hairdryer, but no plug in the bedroom. The air conditioning didn't work, which was very disappointing. The shower had lots of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, but these couldn't be moved to the bath, meaning they were unusable. The breakfast was cold, tiny and overpriced.
