Good if you're looking for heated pool

Pool is heated and long enough for swimming, this is the best part Bfast is good. Room is comfortable

I was given a room with no view and I guess for elderly, so shower does not have partition, which is uncomfortable Location is not good, as we must go via heavy traffic both ways So all in all is not value for money, unless you really want to enjoy heated pool

I dont remember how good this hotel was!

This is exceptional htel. Everything was very good. We stayed on 7th floor with Nice view on Bandung, almost 360 degrs. Nice pool, huge choice of breakfast, Nice lobby, comfy Kepler bar in the sky, and friendly staffs. One spcial staff at the pool, the towel man, super friendly and did his job with heart. Pity we didnt ask his name! Stay healthy you!

The bathroom drain trap smelled a bit bad which we informed the front desk about. They can give more amenities like lotion or small snacks in the room also. but otherwise pretty good hotel.

The room was pleasant, and breakfast was filling :)

The iron and hairdryer was a little old, could use an upgrade to them. The plugs on the TV console were old too and the board holding the plug fell off when I tried to plug the iron in, so in the end I have to use other plug at the table.

Five stars hotel with four stars standard

Air condition very strong, mattress very comfortable. A nice Chinese restaurant within the complex. Big parking space. Food in restaurant very good.

The Bathroom was not well maintained. There was mold in the shower, disgusting. The door stopper was also unplug from the bathroom floor, but the housekeeping team did not try anything to fixed it. The room smells a bit damp. The bedsheet and blanket cover color not white anymore, a bit greyish, definitely not up to 5 stars hotel standard. The hot water was not hot enough.

The cleanliness is great, service is fast and the staff is very friendly. if you are looking for a quiet place in Bandung, this could be one of your top choices

Breakfast is average, many selections but the taste could be improved. Got the 550 room and should have walked long from the elevator, if you carried a heavy bag or had many hand carry it would be bothersome

The facilities, especially the gym. It is quiet and very good place for escaping from the daily hustle and bustle. I also got free upgrade on the room with balcony. Thank you very much for the upgrade.
