the stay was successful, I am a filmmaker and I was close to the recording points

Good price and a bathroom in the room made it very easy

I couldn't connect to the WiFi network which was not so necessary

Granby hotel

Great stay , lovely staff and environment.

The mattress dipped only problem and didn't sleep well. This was the only issue.

Mostly good after initial unfriendly warnings.

Friendly reception, and provision of spare essentials for room

The pre-arrival information was very off-putting, with news of a 50 deposit and numerous warnings about extra fines.One room had a radiator not working, but after reporting a fire was soon installed - very impressed with that. A little on the expensive side, otherwise we would consider another visit.

Made for a very refreshing Christmas break. Fully living up to expectations.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay over the Christmas period. Clean, warm and cosy room with comfortable sleeping arrangements. Lovely shower with instant hot water. Superb quiet location, with easy walking access to both North and South Bays. Also conveniently located to town centre for main Scarborough high street shopping / outlets. The stay represented excellent value for money.

The property lived up to its usual high standards of care, having stayed here on a number of occasions.

New year Eve stay

Lovely staff there and friendly. Loved the clean room and shower/bathroom. Spent New year there. Really good.

The only thing that was not so good would recommend changing the mattress. It had a dip and was uncomfortable. We have stopped there many times and never had this before. Apart from this I would definitely stop again because it's a lovely hotel.
