Nothing! Didnt try the restaurants. They seems a little stuffy, esp with so much great food around. But thats not really a criticism.

Great stay and hotel is just beautiful and the view on the Guggenheim is stunning

Great location. restaurant on top floor gives excellent view on the Guggenheim museum. Great to view the sunset in the evening while overlooking part of the city. very conveniently located across the Guggenheim Museum and at walking distance from the city center and even relatively close to the old town

Room was pretty hot even with air-conditioning on. as the room was on the inside the window was facing the inside of the hotel. preventing outdoor air to enter the room.

Great location for a stylish hotel across from Bilbaos star attraction

Great location across the street from the Guggenheim Museum; large room, large bathroom, clean-line furniture; great breakfast served on the roof terrace.

We paid extra for a Guggenheim-view room. Room 317 does face the museum, but mostly its unremarkable, if painted blue, office wing and a massive pillar blocks most of the window. Staff were very nice, however and moved us next door to 318, which has an unobstructed, if identical view, and seems much larger. We were told that, due to structural reasons, this was the only room on the floor that did not have a pillar something visitors should keep in mind. Rooms on the upper floors would also have a better view over and above the museums office wing.

The Hotel was first class throughout, professional staff and superb decor, central location and beautiful bedroom. Cant fault the hotel, it was class.

Bar staff on the roof terrace need training, however very friendly and keen to help.
