The valet parking and limited restaurant menu were minor drawbacks, but the location and drink vouchers were appreciated. The quirky decor, comfortable rooms, rooftop bar, and friendly staff, particularly Preston, were highlights of the stay. Overall, guests expressed a desire to return to the hotel.

Very good
Loved the decor and the location! Very clean and comfortable rooms. The lady working at the front desk for check-out was nice. Also our waitress at the roof top bar, Summer, was very friendly.
The front desk worker didnt even say hello or greet me when I walked in to check-in to our room.

Came as a family of 12 with 4 rooms. We upgraded to king suite All other family members got drink tickets and coffee tickets except us. We asked and were denied. Seemed cheap

Location is superb.
The staff who checked us in was very unprofessional. However, the other staffs we encountered were all very welcoming. Unfortunately, it only takes one incident to spoil the whole experience. The cleaner left a dirty cloth in our room

Nice place friendly staff there is very little on street parking so you have to valet. The price of valet and my tips added $50 to the cost of my room Too expensive
