Disappointing
There was no heating in our room at all and the weather was very cold. After raising it with reception they told us that due to heavy rain their heating system had been affected. Unfortunately they were unable to offer another room but made arrangements for us to stay in a nearby hotel, which to be honest was pretty grim.

The restaurant was overpriced and wildly underwhelming. They only serve their own beer at the bar beer that is pretty damn mediocre at best. They wont let you bring food into the bar even tho the restaurant is in another building half a mile away and most all the restaurants in Inverness are wildly busy and further away, especially problematic in the ever constant pouring rain. The rooms are a bit beat up and small for the price. The bar needs some acoustic dampening way too loud for that few of people. Hire some engineers to stage some rugs and acoustic tiles.

The room was not cleaned on daily basis.

Be careful when booking deluxe room that you get what you paid for.
Inverness was great
We booked a deluxe room and were given a standard classic room. The hotel manager tried to convince us that it was a deluxe room even though the picture of the classic room was our exact room. Thankfully Booking.com were kind enough to give us a refund for the difference in price.

All in all it is a nice place despite this
Generally everything was good about the property
The shower and bath were not functioning properly and on reporting this after night 1, they failed to even attempt a fix. Poor oversight of issues.

No shampoo or conditioner, maybe I just expect that of very hotel! Had to buy some on my night out before going back to hotel

A convenient and comfortable hotel only ten minutes from the station!
The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed my visit!
The TV in the room didn't work.
